Kirkland's Spin to Win App Reviews

I was at the register of Kirklands and me and my wife both took the time to download the app and it would not work on either phone. It is sad to offer discounts and your customers are not able to use them!

Worked the first time, upon next visit to Kirklands, the Spin to Win app failed. Two more customers complained too that the app would shut off not allowing opportunity to spin for discount. I deleted app and reinstalled but to no avail. A lot of negative reviews out there.

It will show you 15%, 20% and even 30% but I and my wife have been using this for over a month and the majority of the time all you get is 5-10% off, every every once in awhile 15% but you will never see 20% it 30%! Awesome store but this app is a waste of phone space and not worth it!!

Does not work at all downloaded app, tried to open get initial screen then app closes, does not work at all!! Please please fix so I can get coupon! Still after you "fixed it" it will not even come on crashes every time!

Along with other customers ..downloaded app..tried to open it and After waiting a few seconds it kicked me right out. Tried deleting and redownloading with no luck. Deleted!

This is a misleading and untrustworthy app. It sounds great, but just know that youll never get anything more than 5% off. Once I actually received a 15% off, BUT when I went to redeem it it showed only 5%. I contacted their customer service but havent heard a word back.

App does not work - crashes as soon as it loads

So far So good... I have gotten 10% off multiple times and I am satisfy. Of course I would love to win a higher percentage off...

I walked into store and saw the app advertisement. Downloaded it and spinner I got 15% my entire order on my first try so the whole "you never get more than 5%" ones you see is a complete lie. Im sure the higher % off have lower chances duh! But it is possible.

I love this app! Most of the time I get 10% off. Twice this week I spun $10 off $50!! Love it!

I spin this every day and I get 10% off most days and lately I get $10 off my order of $50 which is awesome and I use it every time. Never pay full price with this app youll save.

Works great!! The people complaining about "only getting 5% or 10% off must not like to save money! Every little bit helps! I have saved a lot of cash by using this app! In fact I just got $10 off of $50, plus there is a flash 25% sale going on this morning...helloooo savings! Thanks Kirklands!

As it says in the features of this app, "save up to 15%". Dont know where people are getting the idea that you can get 20-30% off. This app works fine, never had a problem. If you dont get the savings you want, try again another day. Savings are savings.

I love the store and of course the apps.I saved a lot every time I spin.

Very disappointing. I downloaded twice.

Use it every time I shop at Kirklands. Have never had more than 15% off, but better than nothing. Never had a problem with it working or crashing.

This app is good and the concept is great for those who have a Kirklands store locally. It would be nice if the coupon codes could be used online as well since I dont have a Kirklands near me.
